Candice is a Certified Customer Relationship Management Professional (CRM CP) and a Certified Electronic Marketer (CeM), she also attended Rosemont College with a dual major of Marketing and Organizational Developement. She loves technology almost as she much as she loves the creative use of ingredients and good wine. She also believes that a good glass of wine in the evening is just as important as a great cup of coffee in the morning, in fact she is considered by her long-time friends to be a coffee snob! Candice enjoys cooking complicated recipes and trying new ingredients and is also versed in the art of winemaking, as this was a hobby she picked up after staying in Ischia, Italy with family, learning how they made the family wine. Candice also wrote and published a book on manners and etiquette for situations ranging from a business lunch interview to being a dinner or stay-over guest at someone’s home to basic table manners; Ok… The World is Your Oyster! Now how ’bout chewing it with your mouth shut? Candice was just inducted to The Chaîne on April 8th at the South Central Regional Assemblage Induction Dinner. She is excited to be an official part of this gastronomic society!
